2005北欧旅行記vol.1
４月３０日。いよいよ１年間楽しみにしていたスウェーデン・フィンランドへの旅行当日。早朝（っていうか夜中？）地元駅からバスに乗って羽田空港へ向かってgo！
今回の旅行は、初フィンランド航空だったのですが、成田からは週２便しかでていないため、行きは羽田経由、関西国際空港からフィンランドに入り、そのままスウェーデンへ。バスで１時間半+国内線１時間強+フィンランドまで９時間半+スウェーデンまで１時間。けっこうハードでした。しかも、前日からノドが痛かった私は、機内の乾燥にますますやられ具合悪（Ｔ-Ｔ）。
さて、初フィンエアーの感想はというと、ううむ。座った席が窮屈な場所だったせいか、ちっこい私ですら辛かった。昨年、ＳＡＳに乗ったときは、プライベートモニターがついていたのに、それがなかったのもマイナス。（ＳＡＳはゲームとかできて、けっこう楽しめたので）食事は普通。行きも帰りもそば付なのは不思議だったけど、おそば好きなのでこれはプラス。行きにはおにぎりも出たのもプラス。でも、炭水化物ばかりなメニューがちょっと・・・。ということで、まぁまぁかな。帰りの便は、機体も新しく、座席も広かった（気がする）し、なによりヘルシンキ-成田間が９時間１５分だったのは超楽チン♪だったので、また乗ってもいいなぁと思います。
トランジットで寄ったヘルシンキの空港で、１年ぶりのフィンランドの空気を味わいました。あぁ、懐かしいぃぃ。久しぶりのロバートコーヒーやストックマンでフィンランドに来たことを実感。artekのコーナーもあったりして、普段なかなか座れないような椅子に座りまくり（笑）。
そして、ありましたよ、マリメッコのショップ。さっそく頼まれていたマリメッコメモリーゲームを発見！しかもちょうど欲しい数。免税だし、ショップに数がなかったりしたら困るから・・・なんて思い、購入。みなさーん、無事にゲットしてきましたよ！
今年のマリメッコは、カラフルなパステルカラーが可愛い。後日、ショップに行くんだからと思いつつ、後ろ髪引かれる思いで、ショップを後にしました。
そして、スウェーデンへ向けてフライト。飛んだかと思ったらもう降下し、あっという間に、スウェーデンの空港に到着。この飛行機、スウェーデン経由スペインのマドリッド行きだったらしく、後ろのほうに日本人の団体さんが乗っていました。ここで降りた日本人は私たちを含め３人。(たぶん）一気に日本人率低下です。いよいよ、５年ぶりのスウェーデン上陸です！
５年ぶりのスウェーデンにわくわくの私たち。前回は夜中に着いたので、乗り合いバスに乗ってホテルまで行ったのですが、今回はArlanda Express（写真・右）に乗りました。空港ロビーを出ると、「Arlanda Express」と表示があるので、それにしたがって歩いていくと自動券売機発見（写真・左）。ミカさんのサイトで、クレジットカードで購入できると聞いていたので、さっそく試してみることに。片道二人分、ちゃんと買えました♪
長いエスカレーターを降りると、アーランダエクスプレスのホームがあります。ここまで人にほとんど出会わなかったので、ホームに人がいてホッとしました。だいたい、15分間隔でストックホルム中央駅行きがあります。エクスプレスに乗ってしばらくすると、車掌さんが切符を見にきました。立派な切符が出てきた割に、チェックはマジックで印をつけるだけ。うーむ、アバウトだわ（笑）。約２0分でストックホルム中央駅に到着。ここで、まず両替。ここまで日本円しか持っていませんでしたが、さすがカード社会。現金なくても、大丈夫♪そして、ありましたよ、マクドナルド。リンドベリのカップの広告もある！さっそくカップゲットか？！と思われましたが、周りで飲んでいる人のカップを見ると普通バージョンばかり。やはり、もうリンドベリカップがないという話は本当だったのかしら？！ふぃーん（Ｔ-Ｔ）
とりあえず、マックでコーヒーを飲むのは見送って、まずはスウェーデンハウス（観光案内所）へストックホルムカードを買いにいくことに。ストックホルムのど真ん中を、スーツケースをゴロゴロ引っ張って歩いていくと、ＮＫデパートやらオーレンスがあったりと懐かしい！！！あー、こんな感じだったねぇ♪なんて話しつつダンナと歩いていくと、スウェーデンハウスがある広場に着くと、桜が咲いていました。まさかスウェーデンで花見ができるとは！（気候も、まさに桜の咲く頃のようです）初めてスウェーデンに来たときは、秋でちょうど木々が黄色く色づき、歩道は落ち葉がカーペットのようになっていて、ちょっと寂しげな印象でした。それに引き換え春は華やかな桜。気分も華やぐってものです。
しかし、肝心のスウェーデンハウスは本日の業務終了（涙）。わざわざ地下鉄一駅分くらい歩いてきたのに・・・。スウェーデンハウスの前で立ち尽くした観光客は私たちだけではなかったのが、まだ救いです。（笑）明日のメーデーに向けて、なんとなく街がにぎやかな感じ。スーツケースを持ったままでは仕方がないので、最寄の地下鉄の駅からホテルのある駅(Radmansgatan）まで片道チケットを購入し、一旦ホテルへ向かうことに。
スウェーデンの地下鉄は、初乗りが高い！とは聞いていたけれど、ほんとに高い。ホテルの駅まで片道でひとり30skr(=￥450）。高いよっ！！でも、なんなく地下鉄も乗れて、ホテル最寄り駅近くにマックのあることも確認し、いよいよスウェーデンでの宿泊先Hotel Birger Jarlへ。今日から２泊は、デザイナーズルームです。
