スウェーデンの椅子
先日、キタニへ修理へ出していた椅子が年末に戻ってきました！思っていたより、早い帰宅にダンナとふたりでうれしい限り。我が家にとって、ちょっと遅めの素敵なクリスマスプレゼントになりました。
この椅子は、スウェーデンのヤクソンズで４年前に購入したもの。初めてのスウェーデン旅行（正確にはオーストリア+スウェーデンだったんだけど）のときでした。まだ、Penの北欧特集が出る前に旅行に行ったので、ヤクソンズの存在は知らず。いまほどネットで情報収集もできなかったし。でも、ガムラスタンを散歩していたら、ヤクソンズのショーウィンドウに釘付けになってしまいました。素敵なアンティーク椅子がたくさんあったので、店内をのんびり見させてもらいました。でも、とても手の出るお値段じゃなかったので、見るだけ、見るだけ・・・と。再び前を通ったとき、見るだけ・・・と思っていったヤクソンズでこの椅子に出会ったのです。ショップの人は、60年代の椅子と言っていました。なんとか手の出る値段だったので、購入を決意しました。
「日本への配送はできない」と言われたので、手持ちで持って帰ることに。（何度も配送を頼んでみたけど、断られた・・・）とりあえず、ショップでエアパッキンにぐるぐる巻きにしてもらい、ホテルに戻って日本から持ってきたカートにくくりつける。これで、比較的楽に移動ができるようになった。
一番の難関だろうと思われたチェックインカウンター。ヒースロー経由のブリティッシュエアウェイズ、
チェックインカウンターのお姉さんに嫌な顔をされたことは、もちろん（笑）。『成田に着いたときに、バラバラになっていても知らないわよ！』との言葉に一抹の不安を抱えつつお願いしました。（もう、それしかどうしようもなかったし）
無事に、成田でちゃんとした形になって再会したときには、だんなとふたり感激でした（笑）！
そうして月日は経って、ある日、壊れたのです（T-T)。脚が1本折れました。修理をするにも、いくらかかるか、どこにお願いするか、分からないことばかりで困っていたときに、サイトを通じて知り合ったtomoさんの紹介でキタニで修理の依頼をすることに。
戻ってきた椅子は、もちろん座ってもびくともせず、我が家の指定席で落ち着いています（笑）。修理前より、綺麗になって帰ってきて、改めてキタニの技術の高さに感心です。思っていたより難しい補修になってしまったようなのですが、快く修理を引き受け完璧な仕事をしていただいたキタニのみなさんに感謝しています。そして、修理したからといって、二度と壊れないというわけではないので、これからより一層大切に使っていきたいと思います！

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface.
